Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer apparatus which is small, light and which has a simple, easy-to-use structure.SOLUTION: The thermal transfer apparatus transfers by sandwiching an object to be transferred and a thermal transfer sheet between upper and lower irons capable of moving vertically, and pressing and heating them. The thermal transfer apparatus comprises: a plane board attached via the upper iron and a spring member; a rod coupled to the plane board at a lower end, being limited to the plane board in a vertical direction, and capable of moving vertically; a link whose one end is continuous to an upper end of the rod; an arm continuous to the other end of the link, and attached so as to rotate around an eccentric shaft; a pressure handle for rotating and operating the arm; a height adjustment board rotating in synchronous with the eccentric shaft, and having plural engagement parts in the surrounding area; and a first fixing member and a second fixing member for controlling rotation of the adjustment board by being fixed at two positions of the engagement parts. According to an eccentric amount of the eccentric shaft, the arm, link and rod cooperate for pressing down the plane board.
