Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a sticking preventive layer exhibiting its high sticking preventiveness by using a layer containing small amounts of a specific phosphate compound.

CONSTITUTION: A phosphate, as represented by the formulas, exhibits high sticking preventing effects in very small amounts of 0.01W0.5g/m2. In the formulas, R is an alkyl or alkylphenyl, X is H or alkali metal, and n is an integer of 1 or more. A solution of the phosphate in an adequate solvent, e.g., organic solvents such as ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate, methylethylketone, etc., is coated on a base material and dried to obtain a phosphate film. The preferred concentration of the phosphate in the solvent used is 0.1W5wt%, and preferred drying condition is 70W100°C for 10W30sec.
