The thermal transfer sheet 40 has a transferring layer 2' containing a light shielding material, a binder resin and a silane coupling agent on one surface of a base material 41 for the thermal transfer sheet. The thermal transfer sheet 40 is made of an epoxy resin in which a binder resin has two or more epoxy groups in a molecule, preferably the transferring layer 2' further contains a hardening agent having a functional group with reactivity with the epoxy group and more preferably the silane coupling agent has the epoxy group.
