Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized heat transition flow pump with a large flow rate.SOLUTION: A heat transition flow pump 10 has a cooler 14 and a heater 16 arranged oppositely, and further has a porous sheet 12 arranged between the cooler 14 and the heater 16. when temperature difference between front and rear surfaces of the porous sheet 12 occurs with the cooler 14 and the heater 16, a heat transition flow occurs in the porous sheet 12. The porous sheet 12 is formed into a corrugated shape, and thereby, an area of the porous sheet 12 is made larger than an area of an opposite region in which the cooler 14 and the heater 16 are opposite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
