Abstract:
To make a paste film formed on a glass substrate to be able to be dried sufficiently by preventing the formation of a dried coating film on the surface of the paste film in a state where an organic solvent is left in the paste film at the time of drying the paste film in the manufacturing process of a plasma display panel.
In thermal treatment equipment having a thermal treatment zone 11 for heat-treating an object 12 to be treated, a heating device 10 is provided in the zone 11 so that the device 10 may be positioned on the side of an object transporting surface so that the object 12 may be transported in the zone 11 by rotating rollers 14 during heat treatment.
