Title:
THERMALLY COLOR-CHANGING LIGHT-SCREENING AND -TRANSMITTING LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3306601
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a thermally color-changing laminate capable of clearly revealing and hiding a substrate layer having luster, light interference, hologram, and other optical properties by a temperature change.
CONSTITUTION: A thermally color-changing light-screening and -transmitting laminate 1 is obtained by laminating a thermally color-changing layer 4, which is formed by firmly bonding a reversibly thermally color-changing material of 0.1-2.0μm particle diameter to a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin in a dispersed state, has a temperature difference of 10-50°C between a high- temperature side trigger and a low-temperature side trigger, and can change from a colored opaque state to a decolored transparent state and vice versa by a temperature change, on a substrate layer 2 having luster, light interference, hologram, and other optical properties.
