Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive composition that can suppress oil breeding when formed into a thermally conductive layer, has high compressibility, and is excellent in the thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: A thermally conductive composition contains an elastomer, a (meta) acrylic monomer, a polymerization initiator, a thermally conductive filler, and a hollow resin particle, and the weight ratio of the elastomer to the (meth) acrylic monomer is 2:98 to 20:80, and the elastomer contains ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 40% or more, and the content of the hollow resin particle is 2.5 to 20 vol.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
