Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive composition which enables formation of a thermally conductive sheet having good flexibility, heat resistance and moisture resistance.SOLUTION: A thermally conductive composition contains a binder component 2 composed of an urethane resin, carbon fibers 3, thermally conductive fillers 4 other than the carbon fiber, a water absorbent and a dispersant, in which the water absorbent contains zeolite, and a content of the water absorbent is 2-15 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the binder component 2. The thermally conductive sheet 1 is composed of the thermally conductive composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
