Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive sheet having high thermal conductivity, excellent water resistance, and sufficient adhesive force.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive sheet has a thermally conductive adhesive layer containing at least magnesium oxide as a thermally conductive filler and containing at least an acrylic adhesive as a binder component, the acrylic adhesive containing a monomer component having a carboxyl group. The mass ratio of the thermally conductive filler to the binder component is 3.5 or more. The thermally conductive adhesive layer further contains a specific acidic phosphate ester and a specific phosphate ester.SELECTED DRAWING: None
