Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fluorine resin and rubber adhesive compound consisting of thermally plastic fluorine resin and rubber binding strongly together with high dynamic adhesive properties, and a method of manufacturing the adhesive compound.
CONSTITUTION: This adhesive compound consists of fluorine resin to which a rubber composition obtained by formulating a mixture of methacrylic acid and zinc oxide or zinc methacrylate and an organic peroxide with a hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber is bonded as a compound counter- part, as well as a compound consisting of the rubber composition as an adhesive layer, and fluorine resin, to which butyl rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, acrylic rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and hydrin rubber are bonded.
