PURPOSE: To make the maximum width of unit smaller to form up a compact unit by making the width between a raw liquid chamber and a cooling liquid chamber smaller than that of a section between a supply and a discharge passage for raw liquid and cooling liquid and providing the sections and each of supply and discharge liquid passages not overlapped.
CONSTITUTION: In a lamination-type thermo pervaporation device, the width d1 of a section 8a constituting a raw liquid supply passage 11 of a frame 8 and a passage 13 communicating the supply passage with a raw liquid chamber 1, and the width d1 of a section 8b constituting a raw liquid drain passage 12 and a passage communicating the drain passage 12 with the raw liquid chamber 1, are provided larger than the width d2 of the raw liquid chamber 1. The width d3 of a section 9a constituting a cooling water supply passage 15 and a passage 17 and the width d3 of a section 9b constituting a cooling liquid drain passage 16 and a passage 18 are provided larger than the width d4 of a cooling liquid passage 5. The raw liquid chamber 1 and the cooling liquid passage 5 are combined through a condensation chamber 4 in such a way that the sections 8a and 8b and the sections 9a and 9b of the frame 9 are not overlapped to constitute a unit.
