Abstract:
To provide a thermochromic ink composition for a stamp high in stability of a microcapsule pigment in an aqueous medium, and capable of heightening a decoloring temperature within a range where decoloring is possible with frictional heat even when using a constituent having a high melting point, and a stamp using the same.SOLUTION: The thermochromic ink composition for a stamp is an aqueous ink composition using a reversible thermochromic pigment encapsulated with a reversible thermochromic composition composed of (A) an electron-donating coloration-natured organic compound, (B) an electron-accepting compound, and (C) a reaction medium for controlling a coloring reaction of (A) and (B) in a microcapsule as a coloring agent, where the constituent (C) has a melting point of a range 80°C-130°C, and a content of 60-90 mass% in a total amount of the reversible thermochromic composition.
