Title:
THERMOCOUPLE FOR DETECTING COMBUSTION FLAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019196871
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a thermocouple for detecting combustion flame which can surely detect a state of a combustion flame, and can properly detect reduction of an oxygen concentration in an atmosphere around a burner part.SOLUTION: (a) A burner part 1 comprises an ignition plug 1 performing a spark discharge for igniting a fuel gas ejected from a flame hole 2, and a target 12, and also comprises a metal-made auxiliary member 13 in which a target is formed, and to which the ignition plug is attached. (b) A first member 21 extending from the auxiliary member and a second member 22 formed of a metal different from the first member are joined to each other, thus a thermocouple joining part 23 which generates an electromotive force by being heated by the combustion of the burner part is formed. (c) The auxiliary member comprises a wall body 30 which is arranged adjoining the flame hole. (d) An upper end 30a of the wall body is located above an upper end 2a of the flame hole. (e) The thermocouple joining part is located above the upper end of the flame hole which adjoins the wall body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
