Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having flexibility and a superior thermoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: Used is a thermoelectric conversion material which is arranged by dispersing carbon nanotube (A) in a thermoplastic resin (B) and satisfies the following conditions (1) to (3). (1) The number average fiber length of the carbon nanotube (A) dispersed in the thermoplastic resin (B) is 50-1000 μm. (2) The thermoplastic resin (B) has a volume specific resistance of 1×10-1×10Ωm at 25°C. (3) The content of the carbon nanotube (A) is 0.1-20 wt% to the total weight of the carbon nanotube (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
