Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric conversion material that achieves both a Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity and exhibits a high power factor, and to provide also a thermoelectric conversion device that exhibits an excellent thermoelectric performance using the material.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by a thermoelectric conversion material consisting of carbon nanotubes (A) encapsulating an organic semiconductor (B) and having electrical conductivity of 500 S/cm to 8000 S/cm, and a thermoelectric conversion device having a thermoelectric conversion film formed using the thermoelectric conversion material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
