Abstract:
To provide a thermofoaming foamed sheet which has flexibility, appropriate rigidity, lightness, thermoformability, post-foamability, water resistance and the like, is low in the production coat, and can be supplied at a low coat, and a container for fruit vegetables to be obtained by thermoforming the foamed sheet.
The thermoforming foamed sheet has, as the major component, a mixed resin comprising (1) 60-95 wt.% polystyrene based resin, (2) 2-15 wt.% low density polyethylene based resin, and (3) 3-25 wt.% styrene-butadiene- butylene-styrene block copolymer and/or styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer (provided that the sum of (1), (2), and (3) are 100 wt.%), and has a density of ≤0.1 g/cm3 and a thickness of ≤10 mm.
