Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent flexibility and rubbery properties, low electrical resistance and excellent moldability by mixing a halogenated polymer with a crosslinked liquid rubber, a plasticizer and a conductive filler.
SOLUTION: This composition has a volume resistivity of 5×10-1-5×109Ω.cm or below at ordinary temperature and comprises a halogenated polymer (1), a crosslinked liquid rubber (2), a plasticizer (3) and a conductive filler (4). More particularly, it is desirable that component (1) is an ethylene/vinyl chloride copolymer, a vinyl chloride homopolymer, a polyvinylidene chloride or the like, component (3) is a phthalic ester, a phosphoric ester or the like, component (2) is a rubber formed by crosslinking a liquid rubber by melt mixing under heating in the presence of component (1), and component (4) is a conductive carbon, metallic particles, a metal oxide or the like.
