Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition less in deterioration of a polyacetal resin even when used in an application for contacting with the polyacetal resin.SOLUTION: There are provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing 90 to 10 pts.mass of ethylene α-olefin non-conjugated polyene copolymer (A), and 10 to 90 pts.mass of a crystalline olefin polymer (B) selected from homopolypropylene and/or a copolymer of propylene and α-olefin (excluding propylene), where propylene content is 40 mol% or more, where total amount of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.mass, and satisfying following requirements (i) to (iii): (i) percentage contents of a Sn element and a Pb element is 500 ppm or less as total, (ii) Shore A hardness according to JIS K6253 (instantaneous value):30 to 90, (iii) melt flow rate (ASTM D1238-65T;230°C, 10 kg load) of 1 to 150 g/10 min. or melt flow rate (ASTM D1238-65T;230°C, 2.16 kg load) of 0.1 to 10 g/10 min., a molded body in which a layer (I) containing the composition and a layer (II) containing a polyacetal resin are in contact, and a manufacturing method of the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
