The thermoplastic elastomer for polyesteric resin adhesion contains 5 to 95 pts.mass of (a) a polyesteric thermoplastic elastomer, and 5 to 95 pts.mass of (b) a block copolymer comprising at least two polymer blocks A containing mainly an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B containing mainly a conjugated diene compound, and/or a hydrogenated additive thereof (provided that the total of the (a) and (b) is 100 pts.mass).
