Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition having low hardness represented by a JIS-A hardness of <=75 and useful for soft and stretchable film, sheet, hose, band, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective thermoplastic resin composition can be produced by reacting an organic diisocyanate, a polymeric diol and a chain extender. The polymeric diol has a molecular weight of 2,500-4,500. The ratio of NCO equivalent/OH equivalent is 1.00-1.10 and the weight ratio of NCO group in the total polyurethane resin is 4.0-7.0wt.% before reaction.
