Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in processability without lowering the mechanical strength, heat resistance, etc., by compounding a specified thermoplastic resin composition with an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition containing a partially cross- linked composition is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin and/or rubber (a) with 0.01-7 pts.wt. cross-linking agent (b) selected from among a dihydroaromatic compound (or its polymer), an ether, a tetrahydroaromatic compound and a cyclopentane and 0.01-7 pts.wt. multifunctional monomer (c), and dynamically heat-treating the mixture at a temperature ranging from the melting or softening point of component (a) to the decomposition point thereof, more particulary 120-350 deg.C for 20sec to 20min. 100 pts.wt. said component is compounded with 3-200 pts.wt. inorganic filler in powdery, platy, flaky, acicular, spherical, hollow or fibrous form, optionally surface-treated.
