Abstract:

To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for vibration welding which improves poor appearance at welded joints due to burrs formed when joining resin components by vibration welding and imparts a gloss sufficient for forming a reflective surface to a molded product.

The thermoplastic resin composition for vibration welding comprises 10-100 pts.wt. graft polymer (A) obtained by graft polymerizing 10-90 pts.wt. crosslinked acrylic rubber (A1) obtained by polymerizing a rubber polymer, an acrylate, etc., (a1)-(a3) with 10-90 pts.wt. monomer (A2) chosen from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl monomer or the like and 0-90 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (B). Here, the crosslinked acrylic rubber (A1) has a 50% average particle size of 100-400 nm and a 90% average particle size of ≤900 nm.
