This thermoplastic resin composition is an acrylic rubber consisting of (a-1-1) 20-80 wt.% acrylic rubber having <0.2 μ and (a-1-2) 80-20 wt.% acrylic rubber having 0.2-0.6 μ, and consists of (A) 10-100 wt.% graft polymer having 20-150 wt.% degree of grafting and obtained by copolymerizing (a-2) 90-20 wt.% monomer consisting of 50-90 wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with 10-50 wt.% vinyl cyanate in the presence of 10-80 wt.% acrylic rubber (a-1-1) having (1) ≥20 wt.% toluene insoluble fraction (2) 5-35 degree of swelling of the toluene insoluble fraction and (3) ≥30,000 weight-average molecular weight of tetrahydrofurane soluble fraction, with (B) 0-90 wt.% copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 50-90 wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with 10-50 wt.% vinyl cyanate.
