Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition the thermal stability and impact resistance of which under a high-temperature environment or a high-temperature and high-humidity environment can be improved and which has both excellent chemical resistance and colorability.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains 50-90 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A component) (A), 10-50 pts.wt. of a polyester resin (B component) (B), and 1-10 pts.wt. of a core-shell polymer (C component) which comprises: a core (C-1 component) consisting of a cross-linked acrylate-based elastomer comprising acrylate having a 1-4C alkyl group and other acrylate having a 5-8 alkyl group; and a shell (C-2 component) based on methacrylate (C). The B component is obtained by a polymerization reaction by using a compound containing a reaction product as a catalyst. The reaction product is obtained by reacting at least one titanium compound component, which is selected from the group consisting of a titanium compound (1) shown by general formula (I) and another titanium compound (2) obtained by reacting the titanium compound (1) with the aromatic polyhydric carboxylic acid shown by general formula (II) or anhydride thereof, with a phosphorus compound component comprising at least one of phosphorus compounds shown by general formula (III) by 1/3-1/1 molar ratio (mTi/mP) (in which mTi is the molar quantity of the titanium compound component in terms of titanium atoms and mP is the molar quantity of the phosphorus compound component in terms of phosphorus atoms). The thermoplastic resin composition has (i) 0.4-1.0 intrinsic viscosity and (ii) 0.001-100 ppm catalyst-derived titanium element content.
