PURPOSE: To provide the thermoplastic resin composition useful as parts of household electric appliances, having excellent impact strength, fluidity and delamination resistance by blending a modified vinyl chloride-based resin with an olefinic resin and a specific modifier composition in a specific ratio.

CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. total amounts of (A) 1-99 pts.wt. of (i) a modified vinyl chloride-based resin such as vinyl chloridebased resin containing a functional group having reactivity with epoxy group and (ii) a modified styrenic resin such as styrenic resin containing a functional group having reactivity with an epoxy group and (B) 99-1 pts.wt. olefinic resin such as PP are blended with (C) 0.1-50 pts.wt. modifier composition consisting of (i) 25-70wt.% one or more ethylene-propylene-diene rubbers, (ii) 25-70wt.% one or more ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymers, (iii) 0-25wt.% one or more rubber-like polymers and (or) olefinic polymers and (iv) 1-50wt.% one or more rubber-like polymers containing a functional group such as epoxy group and (or) olefinic polymers containing the functional group to give the objective composition.
