PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin compn. which can be improved in adhesion and antistatic properties while maintaining mechanical properties such as a flexural strength and a heat resistance, and can give a molded product excellent in appearance.
CONSTITUTION: This resin compsn. comprises a thermoplastic resin (I) as the main component, a polyalkylene oxide (II) having ethylene oxide units, and a specific polymer (III), the amt. of which is at most 50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. in total of the resin components (I) and (II). The polymer (III) is a polymer comprising a polyethylene oxide segment(s) obtd. by polymn. of at least one polyethylene oxide monomer, and a polyethylene oxide group-free vinyl polymer segment(s) chemically bonded thereto.
