Abstract:

To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical properties, low warpage and excellent flame retardancy.

This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. mixture comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin (A) based on a polybutylene terephthalate, an ABS resin (B) and a graft copolymer (C) comprising an ethylene/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer and an acrylonitrile/styrene copolymer, 10-150 pts.wt. mixture of glass fibers (D) with glass flakes (E) and 10-150 pts.wt. mixture of a bromoacrylate oligomer (F) with at least one material selected from among antimony trioxide, antimony pentoxide and zinc borate. The mixing ratio is such that 0.1≤B/(A+B+C)≤0.4, 0.02≤C/(A+B+C)≤0.1, D/E=4/1 to 1/4, and F/G=1/1 to 5/1.
