PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition outstanding in heat resistance, transparency and impact resistance, comprising a copolymer from a (meth)acrylic ester compound, vinyl aromatic compound, N-substituted maleimide, etc. and a specific graft copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprising (A) 10W95pts.wt. of a copolymer prepared from (i) 30W75wt.% of a (meth)acrylic ester compound (pref., methyl methacrylate), (ii) 16W55wt.% of a vinyl aromatic compound, (iii) 1W35wt.% of N-substituted maleimide compound(s) (pref., N-cyclohexyl maleimide and/or N-O-chlorophenyl maleimide) and (iv) 0W20wt.% of a vinyl cyan compound and (B) 90W5pts.wt. of a graft copolymer prepared by polymeri zation, in the presence of B1: 10W70wt.% of a rubbery polymer, of B2: 90W30wt.% of a monomer mixture made up of a (meth)acrylic ester compound, vinyl aromatic compound and vinyl cyan compound in the weight ratio: 10W90/5W70/0W20 in this order.
