Abstract:
To provide a thermoplastic shape memory resin which has a melting point (Tm) close to body temperature as a biodegradable polymer, has high flexibility and extensibility in molding at temperature higher than the melting point (Tm), has sufficient elasticity at room temperature lower than the melting point (Tm), and has a phase transition taking place in a narrow temperature range close to the melting point (Tm), and an article including the same.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic shape memory resin sheet can be deformed into a shape along body, and the thermoplastic shape memory resin sheet is characterized as including a biodegradable temperature-responsive polymer formed by crosslinking an ε-caprolactone macromonomer.
