Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting adhesive composition having superior temporary sticking property, and a thermosetting adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: (Meta) acrylic polymer (A) whose glass transformation temperature is 5°C or higher, liquid epoxy resin (B), hard resin (C) which is one or more kind selected from solid epoxy resin (C1) and solid phenolic resin (C2), has compatibility with the liquid epoxy resin (B) and has the softening point of 50-100°C, polyamide elastomer (D) having reactive functionality in the end, and epoxy resin curing agent (E) are contained. Because appointed hard resin and polyamide elastomer having reactive functionality in the end are blended, superior temporary sticking characteristic can be gained even if a tack is little.
