A thermosetting adhesive composition photopolymerizing a mixture of a photopolymerizable monomer including 38-98 wt.% 4-12C alkyl (meth)acrylate, 2-15 wt.% carboxy group-containing unsaturated monomers and 0-60 wt.% other modifying monomers using together with a photopolymerization initiator and a heat polymerization initiator in the presence of an epoxy resin and a curing agent thereof, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and/or polyvinyl acetate; and an adhesive tape using the composition are provided.
