Abstract:
To provide a one-component-type thermosetting resin compsn. with an excellent storing stability which can easily form a hardened coating having an alkali cleaning property and an excellent sputtering resistance as well as an excellent heat resistance, transparency, adhesion, etc., and further having an excellent painting workability and surface flatness.
This compsn. comprises a copolymer having at least one carboxysilane group and at least one glycidyl group in its molecule, and further a coupling agent. The copolymer is pref. prepd. by copolymerization of an ethylenic unsatd. monomer having at least one carboxysilane group, and an ethylenic unsatd. monomer comprising a glycidyl group.
