PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an installation space for a power storage body.SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment device comprises: an air intake duct 13 connecting between a battery pack 11 and the inside of a vehicle interior, and guiding air; an air exhaustion duct 14 connecting between the battery pack 11 and the outside of the vehicle interior, and guiding air; a heater 16 provided at the air exhaustion duct 14 and heating the air in the air exhaustion duct 14; a fan unit 20 provided at the air exhaustion duct 14, and operating in a first state for feeding air in a first direction from the battery pack 11 toward the outside of the vehicle interior and in a second state for feeding air in a second direction from the outside of the vehicle interior toward the battery pack 11; and a control unit 23 controlling the fan unit 20 to the first state in a case where a temperature of the battery pack 11 is higher than a first threshold, and activating the heater 16 to heat the air and controlling the fan unit 20 to the second state in a case where the temperature of the battery pack 11 is lower than a second threshold equal to or less than the first threshold.
