To achieve a higher yield by heightening heat efficiency of a heating part in a thermotherapeutic apparatus as well as working efficiency in the production process and moreover, obtain the extension of preservable period by preventing internal heat generation of a thermotherapeutic apparatus set.
A material with a higher efficiency of heat transfer is used for the inside of a thermotherapeutic apparatus, namely, a lid on the side thereof to be applied on a human body and a heat reserving material for the outside thereof, namely, a container so that heat of a heat generating composition material is positively guided to the side of the lid to enhance the heat efficiency. On the other hand, sealing of the container, the lid and an air hole is made gas impermeable and in packing work as the subsequent process, ample marginal time is allotted to eliminate jamming, poor sealing and the like by elaborate working. Furthermore, the shapes of housing containers for packing are made similar to that of the body of the thermotherapeutic apparatus in order to eliminate gaps between the containers and the lid and the body of the thermotherapeutic apparatus as much as possible. Thus, the air in the containers is purged out by the thermotherapeutic apparatus to minimize the air left, thereby preventing possible heat generated inside.
