PURPOSE: To eliminate rough winding, shifting in position, cut-off, and entwining by providing a dancer lever in a position preceding a winding frame and providing a position shifting preventing guide of an interlayer paper, a tension detecting device, and a cut-off detecting sensor on said lever.
CONSTITUTION: When a winding frame 4 starts to wind a sheet of interlayer paper 1 by the action of a torque motor 2 and as a dancer lever 6 is further lowered beyond the lower limit point of a limit switch 10, the switch 10 is once turned off and a tensile condition is increased by adjusting a slide the stat 5. On the other hand, when the torque of a motor 2 is too large or if a belt like body is wound up so thick as to cause a big tensile force, even though setting is proper, the lever 6 is moved upward from the lower limit point, turning off the switch 10. Here, as the slide the stat 5 is adjusted by means of a manual or automatic control, thereby, adjusting the torque of the motor 2, the winding of the belt like body becomes always constant, carrying out smooth winding from the start of winding to the end of winding, while also carrying out tight and pretty lap winding without a winding wrinkle inside or raggedness on the outer periphery.
