Abstract:

To provide a technique for performing stable charging/discharging in a thin-film lithium secondary battery.

In a thin-film lithium secondary battery 1 of the present invention, a cathode layer 4 comprising lithium cobaltate and an anode layer 7 comprising metal lithium are formed on a substrate 2 with a solid electrolyte layer 5 sandwiched therebetween. A ratio of the thickness of the anode layer 7 to the thickness of the cathode layer 4 is 1/2 or more. The solid electrolyte layer 5 comprises a lithium phosphorus oxynitride glass electrolyte. According to the present invention, constant-voltage charging which allows rapid charging can be stably performed.
