To provide a proper laser beam accompanied by high output control, laser mode control and synchronization in a laser structure, based on exciting organic series regarding incoherent optical sources, such as LEDs.
The thin film organic laser has a substrate, a bottom mirror provided on the substrate and at least one active region provided on the bottom mirror. At least one active region comprises an organic amplifying material and has an external mirror provided, at a prescribed distance from at least one active region. The bottom mirror, combined with the external mirror, forms a laser resonator and has a laser beam of a wavelength λ, at least one transverse laser mode inside the laser resonator and an optical pumping means for exciting the organic amplification material for generating laser light output.
