Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stack a lot of thin material sheets so compactly in pile and deliver them in consecutive order from the preceding one, by making these thin materials in a stacking device housing them in verticality, go up in order with a suction upping device, while pinching an upper end of the thin material and making it so as to delivered to the next process.

CONSTITUTION: In order to deliver the photographic paper 12 set up in a stacking part 224, a suction upping device 68 operates, and a suction cup 270 presses the photographic paper 12 to the left in verticality, attracting the paper 12 by dint of suction force of a vacuum pump 276. And the suction cup 270 handles the paper with its oscillating motion, attracting the foremost photographic paper 12 alone by suction, and a movable carriage 286 and the suction cup 270 are moved to the right in keeping the paper sucked intact. Simultaneously the photographic paper 12 is uplifted onto the top of the stacking part 224, and when upping is detected, a solenoid 350 separates a feed roller 342 from 344, and when an upper end of the photographic paper 12 passes through thereat, a sensor 356 cuts off its current-energization to the solenoid 350 so that the photographic paper 12 is held between these rollers 344 and 342, a valve 280 is opened and thereby suction force for the paper 12 is released, thus the tip part is held between feed rollers 346 and 348 and fed to the next stage.
