To provide a thin wire feeding device which can apply tension to a tin wire longitudinally paid out from a bobbin in a vertical posture, irrespective of a feeding speed, and which can enhance the workability.
In a thin wire feeding device 1 for paying out a thin wire 3 wound around the outer periphery of a bobbin 2 in a vertical posture, from the bobbin 2 in a longitudinal direction of the bobbin 2 so as to apply tension to the thin thread 3 during the feeding thereof, A flange cover 5 fitted on an upper flange part 6 of the bobbin 2, is provided there with eight first elastic wires 10 which are projected radically from the outer peripheral edge of the flange cover 5, at equal intervals. Further, sixteen two stage second elastic wires 12 are provided to the center of the cylindrical part at equal intervals, being projected from the inner peripheral surface 11 of a cylindrical bobbin cover 4 longitudinally accommodated in the bottom part of the bobbin 2.
