Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a thread fastening work highly speedy and to execute the detection of screw floating, etc., with good accuracy, by assembling the cylinder driving and servomotor driving by about the same sensor unit.
CONSTITUTION: The pressing force of a driver bit 5 onto a work is generated according to the driving force of a thread fastening driver by being pulled by a 3rd slide unit 2 which is moved by a cylinder to the thread fastening position, and thread fastening is completed. At this time, contactless detectors 11, 12 are approached, outputting a signal showing that a defective screw floating, etc., are not generated.
