Abstract:
The apparatus to handle and prepare wound yarn bobbins has a housing (31) with a connected suction line (23). The end section (34) of the suction line (23) is connected to the housing (31) wall (35) so that the end section (34) of the suction line (23) projects inwards through the wall (35). The tubular end section (34) of the suction line (23) forms the connection to an eddy zone (40) in the flow direction (R) of the suction air (36). An air diaphragm (33) and yarn cutter (32) are within the housing (31). The yarn cutter (32) is directly after the tubular end section (34), in the flow direction (R) of the suction air (36).
