Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prepare a projection picture at high speed by setting a cross section orthogonal to the direction of a sight line, and adding tomographic image data included in it. CONSTITUTION:Plural virtual cross sections 4 orthogonal to a sight line 2 is set around a central point 6 of a tomographic image 3 at every constant interval, each cross section image is obtained by interpolation from the tomographic image 3, an addition is executed, and a projection image 5 is obtained. That is, the position coordinate data of the virtual cross section 4 are obtained by a virtual cross section position coordinate calculating part 15, and by interpolation-processing the tomographic image data 3 based on the coordinate data in a cross section preparing part 16, the virtual cross section image is prepared. By adding the virtual cross section image obtained in such a way by a cross section image adding part 17, the projection image 5 is obtained. Thus, the projection image 5 which can express the three-dimensional shape of a specimen can be prepared at high speed.
