Abstract:
To provide an electronic device with a three-dimensional structure having a stress buffering characteristic part.
In the electronic device which is formed on a flexible substrate forming a three-dimensional structure and which contains at least one thin film arranged on the flexible substrate, a wedge shape part is removed from the substrate so that the substrate can form the three-dimensional structure. The stress buffering characteristic part is arranged adjacent to the wedge shape part.
