Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent cracking from spreading ranging from the initial cracking of a skin part, to a general part by cutting off the skin part in which resin stagnations constituting starting points of the initial cracking concentrate, by means of machining.

CONSTITUTION: This three-dimensional fiber reinforced composite material 11 is formed by impregnating a plurality of out-plane directional yarn and three-dimensional woven cloth provided with the out-plane directional yarn which are orthogonal to a plurality of in-plane directional yarn and the datum surface of a plurality of in-plane directional yarn with resin, hardening them, and grinding its skin part smoothly.
