Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fast generate a two-dimensional projection image whose projection is correctly reflected on a mirror surface included in a three-dimensional space.
CONSTITUTION: An object 302a is previously put in a three-dimensional space against the virtual image of an object 302 put on the mirror surface of a mirror object 304. The data on the object 302a corresponding to the virtual image is set at a class lower than the data on the object 304. When the location of a camera is designated, it is decided whether the object 302a corresponding to the virtual image and set at the class lower than the data on the object 304 should be displayed or not based on a fact whether the camera is put on the upper side of the mirror surface. Then a two-dimensional image where the three-dimensional space is projected is generated on a two-dimensional plane decided by the location and direction of the camera by a Z buffer method. Under such conditions, a transparent mirror is used to the object 302a.
