PURPOSE: To provide a low cost three-dimensional imaging device of a microscope for surgical operation with which a dislocation of the observing direction of an operator with the assisting direction of an assistant can be acknowledged quickly and accurately.
CONSTITUTION: With possibility of rotating three-dimensionally, a mirror body 10 is pivoted on a frame 2 through the first and second arms 4, 6 and a mirror body arm 8. and the first and second TV cameras 16, 18 are mounted on this mirror body 10 through the first and second TV camera adapters 12, 14. These TV cameras are connected with a three-dimensional converter 24 through the first and second camera control units 20, 22, and the image of the affected zone photographed by the first and second TV cameras is cast as a reflection on a three-dimensional monitor 28 through the three-dimensional converter. The converter is controllable for a circular polarization type liquid crystal polarizing plate 32 through a liquid crystal driver 30 and is arranged with possibility of superimposing the cursor display to exhibit the assisting direction on the three-dimensional monitor through a superimposing circuit 26.
