Abstract:
To provide an arrangement which enables three-dimensional shape measurement of a target object using event data.SOLUTION: When measuring a three-dimensional shape of a target object R by the phase shift method using stripe pattern information derived from a captured image acquired by an image capturing unit 30, a measurement unit 40 derives the stripe pattern information for each pixel on the captured image on the basis of a time difference in output timing between preceding event data and following event data output from an image sensor during a unit time period T and a polarity of the following event data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
