Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional molding apparatus that can suppress whitening of a tank made of a resin.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional molding apparatus includes: an optical device to irradiate a photocurable resin housed in a tank with light from a projector 31; and a control device to control the optical device. The control device includes: a dividing unit 54 to divide a region to be irradiated with light from the projector 31 in the tank into a plurality of blocks; a counting unit 56 to count times of irradiation with light from the projector 31; a first determining unit 58 to determine whether or not the counted times by the counting unit 56 reach a predetermined threshold; and a light irradiating unit 60 configured in such a manner that when the counted times are determined to reach the predetermined threshold by the first determining unit 58, energy of the light from the projector 31 to irradiate the photocurable resin in a block where the determination is performed is decreased from a first energy level to a second energy level lower than the first energy level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
