Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional molding method of an aluminum resin composite laminate plate capable of preventing a poor appearance such as a crack and wrinkles, by smoothly molding a three-dimensional shape of the aluminum resin composite laminate plate being high in difficulty.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional molding method of an aluminum resin composite laminate plate for executing restriction molding between a die 20 and a punch 40 by moving a blank material 10 in a state of imparting wrinkle pressing-down force F by sandwiching an outer peripheral part of the blank material 10 composed of the aluminum resin composite laminate plate formed by laminating aluminum plate materials 11 and 12 on both surfaces of a foam synthetic resin layer 13 of the foam ratio of 1.5 times-10 times, between a blank holder 30 and the die 20, comprises a first process of flattening the blank material 10, by holding the wrinkle pressing-down force F under low pressure of a range of not causing deformation in the foam synthetic resin layer 13, by heating the blank material 10 at the temperature higher than the load deflection temperature of the foam synthetic resin layer 13 before starting molding of the blank material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
