Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce plate machined products of three-dimensional shape including various machined parts with high machining efficiency without requiring many machine tools and that with high accuracy while being excellent in handling performance with a small number of shafts.
CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional plate complex machining device is provided with a workpiece holding conveyor member 27 movable along a carrier path, extended along one X-axis direction, for positioning while holding a plate W, a workpiece, removably in the vertical position; a laser machining means having a laser machining head 39 opposed to the plate face of the plate W held by the workpiece holding conveyor means 27 so as to apply laser machining to the plate W; and a pair of press forming working robots 47 disposed on both sides of the carrier path of the workpiece holding conveyor member 27, each with a tool mounted in the replaceable state on the tip of the arm thereof so as to apply press forming working to the plate W.
